A financial statement is provided along with adjusting entries, so your internal accounting system reports updated, accurate business information.
Timely Preparation of all Payroll and Sales Tax Returns - We prepare all payroll tax and sales tax returns. These include Forms 941, 940, TX C-3, W-2s, W-3s, 1096 and 1099. We help you avoid costly penalties and stay in compliance and out of trouble with the taxing authorities.
Unlimited Consultations - We will be happy to answer any tax or accounting questions you may have. You may call us, e-mail us or come into our office for a visit. We do not charge extra for these consultations because we want to encourage communication between us. It is through communication that we can save you money and help you succeed.
Tax Planning - Visit the tax tips, monthly newsletter and monthly messages section of our web site for tax saving ideas. We offer information on new tax laws when significant changes are made and we send you a year-end reminder letter of actions you should take to close the year and minimize your tax burden. Most important, we review your business and personal tax situation with you at least annually and give you valuable tax planning and tax advice.
